What is included in a standard clean versus a deep clean?

A standard clean keeps your home maintained: kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping. A deep clean goes further: baseboards, blinds, inside appliances, light fixtures, scrubbing the corners regular cleans skip. First-time clients usually start with a deep clean, then move to standard on a recurring schedule.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Most clients give us a code or hide a key. We treat your home like ours and lock up when we leave. Some clients prefer to be home for the first visit so we can walk through priorities together. Both work.

Are your products safe for pets and kids?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use eco-safe products by default. Pet-safe. Kid-safe. No harsh chemical smells when you walk back in. If you prefer we use your products instead, leave them out and we will.

What do I need to do to prepare?

Pick up clutter so we can clean surfaces, not work around them. If you want laundry, dishes, or specific projects handled, leave a note in the booking. That is it.

How do you handle keys and access?

Whatever works for you. Smart lock code, hidden key, garage code, lockbox, or someone home to let us in. All access info stays secure and is only shared with your assigned crew.

How long does a typical clean take?

Standard cleans run 2 to 4 hours for most homes. Deep cleans and move-in/move-out run longer. We confirm the window when we send your quote so you can plan around it.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Text us. If it is at least 24 hours before your scheduled clean, no charge. Inside 24 hours we charge 50% to cover the crew time we blocked off for you.

What if I am not satisfied?

Tell us within 24 hours. We come back and re-clean what was missed at no charge. If you are still not happy after the re-clean, we refund the cleaning in full. That is the 200% guarantee.

Rockford and a 15-mile radius. That covers Loves Park, Machesney Park, Cherry Valley, Belvidere, Roscoe, Rockton, New Milford, Caledonia, Winnebago, Pecatonica, Davis Junction, Stillman Valley, Byron, and Durand. Outside the radius, ask.
